Rare historical farm prints and books from the Farm Memories Company

Do you live for historical memorabilia, like the look of the old paper and drawings and love to read the writing and wisdom of days gone by? Then you've come to the right place!

On our website you will find information about our historical prints. Stop by and take a look around - we're looking forward to your visit!

The prints are from historic farm manuals dating back to 1899. The documents advertise the merits of feeding livestock 'International Stock Food.' In fact, Will Savage, the founder of the International Stock Food Company, so believed in his product and the importance of widespread advertising that he named his racehorse 'International Stock Food'! This horse was to become the predecessor to the famous and remarkable Dan Patch and is depicted on the front cover of 'The Horseman's Eye'.

Despite extensive research to locate the original publisher and to many museums across the United States, we have been unable to trace further copies of the manuals, leading us to conclude that our originals are the only ones in existence. Ownership then, of any of these prints is something to be cherished for its exclusivity alone and we know that you will not be disappointed with your purchase. The beautiful reproductions are a wonderful way of preserving our agricultural heritage and will add huge charm to any room. The text alongside the images is characterful in itself.

Each image is under glass with a quality antique wood effect frame. Items measure 8.75" x 13.5".
